Problem Internet Explorer 12 Years, 8 Months ago
Hi,

I have a problem with Internet explore 7 and 6, and with modzilla I don't have this problem.
The problem is about the window that appear with imageflow, in modzilla if you have and article with scroll the plugin will move without problem; however if you use IE 7 or 6 the square with the plugin won't move, and the text scrolls behind the plugin. I need to fix it, and I don't know where I have to make modifications, because in modzilla works fine. I'm sure that is a problem with css.

Pleaseeee HELP

Hi,

I see what you mean about the scrolling in IE7. I've looked at what I can through IE Developer Toolbar but I don't see any specific reason for this behavior. The only thing I do see that is different between FF and IE is the use of the .clearfix class for IE7. Here is the code in the template that invokes this:

<!--[if lte IE 6]>
<style type="text/css">
.clearfix {height: 1%;}
#ja-pathwaywrap {
background: none;
filter: progid: DXImageTransform.Microsoft.AlphaImageLoader(src='templates/ja_mageia/images/opaque-default.png',sizingMethod='scale' );
}
</style>
<![endif]-->

<!--[if gte IE 7.0]>
<style type="text/css">
.clearfix {display: inline-block;}
</style>
<![endif]-->

I have no idea if this is causing what you are seeing, but it might be worth commenting this code out in the template to see if it makes any difference.

Hope that helps.

- Ken

Thanks, but it still doing the same! It's really rear because in modzilla works perfectly. But I think that you are correct in the point that is giving problems.
