Hi,
first, thank you very much for so excellent extension! I have just installed Accordion FAQ and it is really great!
I have only one little problem:
if I configure style to show arrows, it displays arrows only with some items, not all.
All other functions work, items open and close.
Tried to change settings in plugin, nothing helps.
Sorry, I cannot give a link as site is installed on localhost (xampp), but please look at attached screenshot.
Hope you will suggest what is wrong.

Hi,

This is probably a conflict with the Joomla template that you are using. Do the arrows show if you switch to one of the standard Joomla supplied templates?

you were absolutely roght! problem is in Rockettheme template that I use. After you pointed me I have found some informations in your forum and also in other forums. So, for others having this problem:
"This error is caused by gantry-buildspans.js file stored in components/com_gantry/js/ directory. This file manipulates with SPAN elements inside each accordion in FAQ plugin"
In Rockettheme settings you can turn off this function.
However, to have function working, I have simply changed h3 to h4 in FAQ plugin parameters and it works now - arrows displays correctly.

Yes, I've seen this problem before. I'm not sure why changing from H3 to H4 allows it to work with the buildspans option turned on.

I also have a Rockettheme template and had the same problem with the arrows. I replaced h3 with h4 and now it works like a charm.
